Subject: Select List 2009 of Grade I (Under Secretary) of the CSS — latest availability of ACR/APARs reg.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 20.12.20ll on the subject noted above and to state that the latest availability status of the ACRs/APARs in respect of officers who are likely to be covered in the zone of consideration for inclusion in the Select List 2009 of Grade-I (Under Secretary) of the CSS is as indicated in the statement attached. This Department is unable to finalise the US SL 2009 for Want of complete ACRs/APARs.
2. Ministries/ Departments concerned are, therefore, once again requested to forward the ACRs/ APARs which have not yet been forwarded to this Department (as mentioned in the list) urgently. NRCs Wherever applicable should also be furnished to this Department. Officers in the zone of consideration are also
requested to pursue with their Administration Division concerned to ensure that the ACRs/APARs/NRCs in their respect is furnished to this Department urgently so that US SL 2009 could be finalized at the earliest.
