Development of Transportation and Infrastructures in Assam

The Minister of State for Urban Development, Shri Saugata Roy informed the Rajya Sabha today that under Urban Infrastructure Development of Small and Medium Towns (UIDSSMT), State Level Sanctioning Committee (SLSC) of Assam has recommended 30 projects covering 28 towns of Assam.

Town-wise details of projects sanctioned, ACA committed and funds released so far in Assam under the Scheme are given in the Annexure.
