OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: Fixation of 'range of seniority' (zone of promotion) for promotion of Stenographers Grade TV to Personal Assistant(PA) Grade of CSSS for the Select List Year - 2010 - reg.

Reference is invited to this Department's O.M. of even number dated 16^th February,   2012   and   subsequent reminder  dated  9^th  March,   2012   on  the subject mentioned above.

2. The requisite information viz. recommendations of the DPC alongwith vigilance clearance of all the eligible officers who are working in their Cadre Units including those who had been transferred to their Cadre Units from other Cadre Units on their ad-hoc promotion to PA grade of CSSS, and duly filled -in option form (Annexure-VI) from the concerned officers have not yet been received from your Ministry/Department even after a lapse of considerable time. It is, therefore, requested that the requisite information may kindly be furnished to this Department without any further delay.
