India & China Comparation of Military Power's

Without the use nuclear weapons and without the help of other allied countries.

China spends four times more on its military than India does. The Chinese military also has nearly twice as many soldiers as India, but in BOTH cases these figures likely include vast numbers of men not actually fit for service. The Chinese air force is numerically superior to the Indian one, by nearly a factor of two, but the Indian navy is probably more effective and better-trained than its Chinese counterpart. India has an aircraft carrier, but China does not.

The last time that India and China engaged in open hostilities, in 1962, the Chinese badly beat the Indians, but China also brought a MUCH larger force to bear. On a pure force/casualty basis, the Indians performed better, but ultimately could not overcome China's numerical superiority. It's also worth remembering that China's military in 1962 was still filled with hardened veteran units from the Korean War, whereas India's military had only engaged in skirmishes with Pakistan and were massively unprepared for open warfare with China. It's anyone's guess as to either side's readiness level today. The only war China fought since 1962 was its invasion of Vietnam, which ended disastrously for Chinese troops. India has likewise fought no large-scale wars since that time.
china is alot stronger then india.

China has been reverse engineering everything from its 5th generation fighter jets to navy carriers. India even though buys most of its military equipment from other countries it is starting to make its own equipment. India has create Bramos cruise missile, the fastest in the world, India is also creating its own 5th generation plane.

Neither side has a lot of experience on the modern battle field.

They would both bumble along making huge mistakes in the process.
It would not be pretty.
It could also result in world wide depression since the world depends on each countries labor pool.

However, both countries know that war would be the worst thing to happen to resolve their problems. Plus, in recent years they have made large strides to help eliminate that.

Look for an Asian economic union that could include China and India in the future. There is where the power will be, not through war, but through economics.

They key to all the figures above is experience. The USA has a lot of experience waging wars, but both India and China lack experience. The USA could beat both countries in a conventional war. Put nukes in the equation and that is the great equalizer. That is why WWIII today will probably never happen.

China might just go a little higher. But India will be still very superpowered.
The main reason is because they are both very rapidly developing countries. China has the most potential because not only do the world's main supply of stuff (i.e. Clothes, toys etc) depend on China. India on the other hand still has potential but not enough.
China and India will beat the other on some subjects though. China might beat India on military power, while india might beat china economically.
Remember, these two countries both have nuclear power, nuclear bombs, and other high tech stuff. China also has the technology to destroy satellites and are already blinding US spy satellites with something. These two countries all have great potential.
