OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject:- CTP - Refresher Training Programme for PSOs/Sr. PPSs of CSSS at ISTM from 07.05.2012 to 18.05.2012.

The undersigned is directed to say that PSOs/Sr.PPSs of CSSS whose names are given in the Annexure have been nominated to participate in the Refresher Training programme being conducted by the ISTM from 07.05.2012 to 18.05.2012. It is requested that these officers may please be relieved of their duties with the direction to report to Assistant Director, (OM-II), ISTM, Administrative Block, JNU Campus (Old), New Delhi-110067 at 9 A.M. on 7.05.2012.

2. Cadre Authorities are requested to ensure that the officers nominated to the above workshop are relieved in time.

3. As part of the training programme, the participants would be taken on a study tour. In order to meet the expenditure for the tour all the administrative Ministries/Departments would require to sanction an advance of Rs. 45000/- (Rupees forty five thousand only) in favour of ISTM as TA for each participant alongwith their relieving order.

4. Confirmation with regard to the release of the officers along with their respective bio-
data may please be sent to Assistant Director (OM-II), ISTM, New Delhi by 1.05.2012 at the aforesaid address with a copy to the undersigned.
